Used Valley View Cats for the first time. It is very professionally ran and you can tell the staff really enjoy their work. We had regular photos of Billy whilst we were away, which was very much appreciated. Will definitely use them for any holidays, although you do have to be prompt, they are so in demand.

Great place to leave our beloved cat

I cannot recommend this facility enough. The staff are kind and friendly. Very organised, secure and extremely clean. Our two cats had a massive space of their own, with windows, scratching posts, heated beds. They were allowed time outside of their space too to have a wander in a safe environment. Very well priced too. They are already booked in for our next holiday.

Really good communication and allowed us to visit before deciding to book our cats in. In my experience, only extremely trustworthy Cattery’s allow this. The team there all clearly care about the pets deeply. I feel very safe in leaving my cats there whilst I am out of country and am confident they are looked after extremely well.
