After taking a dog home for the first time which was selected/ matched to us by the team, I picked up on its ear pad being large and inflamed needing vet attention wolfwood did not pick this up. After antibiotics from the vet I went to collect her and another person from wolfwood suggested I give first dose of antibiotics at home and feed her this didn't feel right so I said no and waited till they give the antibiotics and feed her so she was happy. After a few home visits we were going to be allow to take the dog home and keep her with no visit to our home to do there checks. Sadly on the last day at my house she flipped like a switch and brutally killed our beloved cat with my three children in the house seeing and hearing this. I no this isn't the dogs fault but the way I have been deal with and the update to the dogs profile is horrifying some care or follow up wouldn't have gone a miss my emails regarding my cat where abouts have been ignored they had to take my cat as she was a mess and the children were so upset looking back now I wish this didn't happen. Maybe more information about the dogs on meeting, feeding times, following own procedures stated on line regarding home visits and more vet checks so dogs illnesses don't go missed. Over all I am disappointed with the care of this company.

This in my opinion is how a rescue shelter for unfortunate pets should be run the staff are really polite friendly professional and actually want to rehome dogs unlike another so called rescue center .. anyway my friend got his new best mate called squiggles a brindle lurcher thank you to yourselves and your staff for outstanding work you do.. please if you read this and want to donate anything no matter how little please don't hesitate wolfwood animal hotel rescue do charge you to rehome this is why I'm asking for donations to help with food and medicines from vets thank you so much Joseph Roberts Google reviewer and animal lover

We rescued our new dog (Meg) from here, all the staff are fantastic and love all the animals. And you can see with the dog they love the staff to. Staff make time to chat with you. Highly recommended these and would go to them again if we want another dog.

Was glad to get my dog back. Seemed to be non the worse for her getting lost experience. Hopefully won't happen again . Expensive release fee.

A very successful animal rehoming service with exceptional staff who care about their charges and the families looking to adopt animals. They are always looking for volunteers and donations to assist with their much-needed service. Own car park, clean and care for environment for all animals. We were happy to adopt from here. Thank you Wolfwood.

We contacted this rescue centre when we found a fledgeling wood pigeon. They were only too happy to take this into their care. We received a warm welcome and we felt great content leaving the bird in their care. The volunteers were empathetic and caring , the enclosures for the wildlife were second to none. We are so grateful that such charities exist .
