Took our cockapoo for her first groom at LuneDog Grooming today ( not her first groom she's 5 ) . She was groomed by Saffron, we are so happy with her groom. She looks and smells amazing . Saffron did exactly what we asked her to do . Poppy is a bit of a softie and quite nervous but Saffron assured us she she coped really well. Would definitely recommend.

Eleanor offers a holistic approach to dog grooming. She took time to get to know our puppy cockapoo before any grooming took place. she offered excellent desensiting advice in order to make the grooming process as stress-free as possible. Our puppy is pleased to see Eleanor on arriving and just had his first 'big boy's groom. He looks and smells amazing but more importantly, he is happy. Eleanor has a real affinity for her work and it shows with kindness, compassion and a real understanding for both you and your dog's needs.

Eleonor is like “The Dog Whisperer I cannot imagine how we would do without her. Our young dog had traumatic grooms, ( including sedation) as he’s a Yorkie/Bichon Cross. Lockdown was difficult, as although he’s affectionate and not a “biter”, he had the shave of shame prior to lockdown, and had to be sedated. After that, we tried grooming again, with a professional groomer, but he was very anxious. Eleanor has been amazing. She’s taken our 18month pup off, and slowly introduced him to what has to be a normal way of life for him. She’s also given us tips and homework to keep our pup happy and healthy. We are so grateful, and if we could give Eleanor 10 stars, it wouldn’t be enough!
