Quiet, lovely spot. Interesting and quality building. Food excellent. Plenty of onsite parking. The only slight downside (and not their fault) is the University staff parking on Hazelrigg Lane about half a mile away. P.S. I almost never give 5 stars.

Lovely venue, on a great location, unfortunately we were plagued by wasps that were coming out of the walls!

Lovely hidden gem in the woods set by an idyllic pond with a unique and fantastic looking building. This will provide a great setting for a wedding especially on a sunny day and I imagine it'll be considerably less expensive than competing businesses in the area especially once the external landscaping works are completed this summer so I would advise to get in quick before it's discovered by the masses - I can imagine a hog roast and a band to play outdoors on the raised area and it'll be amazing - I actually sound like I work there! To be honest I was just taken by surprise so I thought I would share.

10 hole golf course, honesty box based pay and play system. Reasonably well maintained course with a water feature and a few bunkers. They also have a event hosting clubhouse.

A great venue. Very unique architecture reminds me of a Hobbit home. Views over the lake are mesmerising and the utilities are very eco friendly. All rooms cater well for meetings, with adequate A/V in each. No central heating but warm-as-toast log burners on the ground floor keep you comfortable.

Had a wonderful 60th birthday party on Saturday night. Atmosphere was warm & welcoming. All my guests were very complimentary about the food & wine. The only downside was the signage on the roadside. Could you please install a taller and most importantly, illuminated sign. A lot of people had never been before and overshot the turning which is particularly invisible at night. Despite that we had a brilliant time in a beautiful and very quirky building. Would definitely recommend as would all of the guests.
